I first exported the skin, skeleton and lung models from InVesalius using a CT data set. I then remodelled, coloured and textured them in Zbrush. I rendered the model using Keyshot and made the poster in Photoshop.

For the design of the poster, I decided to keep it simple, with a focus on the contrast between healthy and diseased lungs. I toned down the colour of the skeleton and added lighting heads and fume to the damaged lung using Photoshop brushes.
